🍛🍶🍲🥤Trying to eat and drink all your calories and fluids in 2 meals is not healthy or productive, I don’t care what traditions say 🚫 It also leaves you no space for hydrated exercise 🏋🏻♂️

📅 I’ve come up with my own schedule for fasting during Ramadan that I think could be a game changer 💪🏽 (though doubt I’m not the first to try it like this) note: I’m STILL TRYING IT OUT MYSELF
